Everyday life
Zr. Jeffs is helping me to realize a mission can be fun. We spend everyday biking from appointment to appointment and looking people up and meeting new people and at the end of everyday I am very tired. As far as my schedule goes on a normal day I get up around 6:10 and go for a morning run with one companion jogging behind and the other walking. As a result of their slower paces I run back and forth a lot so we can stay within sight and sound of one another. Haha but I love it because we run along a lake with a view of fields and a windmill. Beautiful. After the run I shower, get ready for the day, eat, have an hour of personal study, an hour of collega study, an hour of language study, and then we're out the door by 11 for appointments and to look people up. President Brubaker challenged us to have a name for every hour we're out so if we don't have an appointment we write down the name of a former investigator or inactive member to look up. Also, we are supposed to talk to someone every 5 minutes so we try to bear our testimonies whenever we get a chance. It's scary, but we meet a lot of really great people and whether or not people accept what we say, we feel the spirit. We bike alot and take the bus and train alot. At the end of the day we have a half hour for planning and then we get ready for bed, chillax a bit and have the lights out at 10:30. That's a brief synopsis of sorts.
