So apparently herring is a big deal here. It's a raw fish. I had a bite of one once, it tasted like a raw fish. Who'da thunk it? Maar, whilst at a member's house for dinner I was informed that I haven't really experienced herring until I've hung it over my head and eaten it. I think the idea is that it slips in your mouth? Honestly I don't know. But, I want to become Dutch thus, it had to be done. Turns out, herring isn't all that bad. Not my fav, but not terrible.

I got the Easter package! Whoo!! Thank you all sooo much!!! The Netherlands are awesome, but its comforting to have a taste of home :) Oh and shout-out to the Beehives! I loved the cards and I love each of you!!!
